GoogleAs a tenant, I have to be honest and say I have had a problem with this company when it came to getting a particular repair done - its the only problem I have had though. But, I am happy to report that it finally got resolved and the engineer that did the work was superb! Overall however my experience with this company has been great! Shannon at the Derby branch has been particularly good and gone out of her way to ensure things get done chasing left, right and center as I found out from her colleagues. So, if you get the option of someone to deal with, request her - although I am sure the others are just as good ;-) Not a perfect company (but then who is?) Perhaps then, the next best thing and highly recommended by myself for any prospective tenants. Thanks for reading!

GoogleWe rented a property in Chellaston, Derby for 18 months and I must say I'm really impressed! They were friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any problems that arose. All the staff I spoke to were always very professional and I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

GoogleAcquire did a great job letting my house, Dolly worked really hard, answered all my questions, moved the tenants in and made sure I received my payments promptly . I had tried other letting agents in town, but they did nothing. Thank you Acquire and well done. Looking forward to expanding my portfolio with Acquire soon.

GoogleWe rented through Acquire and found them to be very helpful. The website is very good for raising issues. When raising issues through this it was resolved quickly. Acquire sorted out the gas checks promptly before we moved in. They inpected the apartment at times agreeable to us. They were fair with the deposit. I would recommend.

GoogleI chose this agency after meeting the owner who has the same name!! 11 years on they do a fantastic job looking after my portfolio, I encourage them to spend where necessary as I don’t believe in false economy and I’ve probably had 3-4 days in total of empty properties a year. Chose these guys- average prices too

GoogleScott Light was my point of contact, who was super efficient and professional from the start. Having presented the opportunity to several potential investors within 48hrs I had a promising offer on the table, this subsequently fell through due to personal circumstances of the buyer, however Scott managed to re-interest the other parties and a more than satisfactory, above valuation offer was agreed on. Throughout the process Scott kept me fully updated and was chasing the buyer and their solicitor to progress the sale within my timescales.
