They were always polite and friendly when they answered the phone. Sadly however, we do not feel we can recommend them as they did not stay in touch with us during the long, complicated conveyancing process. At one point, near the end, our solicitor asked, "Do you have an estate agent working for you?"

We feel that a 2* review for producing great professional photographs and then selling the property quickly for a good price is not very fair. The conveyancing process was about an average length of time in the current market which is admittedly several weeks longer than it usually is due to how busy all the parties are.
We very much doubt that the solicitor would ask such a question, as we send them a memorandum of sale at the outset and had been in contact with them on numerous occasions during the transaction as we had with yourself.
At the end of the day we're pleased that we sold your property for a good price in a good timescale and that the property got to an exchange of contracts in an acceptable timescale.
