GoogleMy initial positive impression has dramatically soured over time!! This is now my second property with this agent (Sadly, my loyalty seems to have gone unnoticed). Whether it's the imposition of unjustified extra charges or receiving discourteous and hostile emails regarding inspections, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. The only reason I'm tolerating their subpar service is because of my friendly and professional landlord who happens to be affiliated with them. My advice would be to steer clear of this letting agent - rating it a mere 1 out of 5 is the best I can do!!

GoogleI first met Nicola from Absolute as I was very interested in a new development they were selling. Due to sad personal circumstances I was thinking that maybe I would sell as I loved the apartments that were being built. The team wrote a beautiful review of my home which I found very touching and all of them were so kind. My home was sold within 5 weeks I think at almost the full asking price. I had 4 people look at it and the 4th person bought it. I also secured the purchase of the apartment that I put my home up for sale for. I had a few personal wobbles on the way but the whole team at Absolute were so kind and reassuring. I never felt pressured but did feel cared about. They are so organised and on the ball right from the very start of the process and keep you informed at every stage and every viewing. I guess the thing that most impressed me, apart from their professionalism, was the personal service I feel I have received in selling my much loved home and moving to start anew in the coming months. I really cannot think of anything they could do better - they have been amazing and I am so glad I trusted Absolute with the selling of my home.
Thanks for the great review Viv!

GoogleFirstly, I want to say a massive thank you to James. He has gone above and beyond as an estate agent. As a first time buyer, it can be extremely daunting understanding the buying process and legalities. James is very knowledgeable and was happy to explain anything I was unsure of. He was always at the end of the phone or email. James also accommodated multiple viewings and gave sound advice. I cannot recommend James enough. I would also like to thank Kim at Absolute, who was extremely helpful in 'chasing' things up, again nothing was too much. I would highly recommend Absolute and their team. They are professional, punctual and want to give you the best service they can. Thank you again, Lauren-Marie.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Absolute. The team were so helpful, friendly and quick to respond throughout the process. They didn't make us feel rushed or pressured and helped to keep the momentum going when our purchaser's solicitors needed a nudge. James was very accomodating in providing access for additional visits with our builder and also checked the property for us within the hour when we were concerned after local flash flooding - 5* service! All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute and the team to others.
