GoogleI'm a customer who had never letted a property before and didn't have a clue on what I was doing, Absolute walked me through every bit step by step with the most professional and speedy service, I must have telephoned the office and spoke to Chelsea a million times with questions and every time she was so polite and extreamly helpful and sorted the issue or directed me to the person I needed. A massive thank you to Abbie from the first showing of the property and for making making me and my son very happy in our new home with all of your hard work. GoogleWe called absolute this morning 14.11.21 regarding a terrible water leak in our kitchen where there was water everywhere. The response was absolutely phenomenal. GoogleMy family and I have recently rented a property through Absolute Letting Agents. From beginning to end of the whole process, Ella has been very helpful and patient. She has always provided prompt responses to all of our emails and always with the timescale she stated. Not only did Ella assist with securing the property for us and helping with all the paperwork, she also thought ahead and provided some useful contacts for removal companies. We were pleased to act on her recommendation as the removal agents we went with were brilliant. We are now moved in and well on our way to being settled. We contracted Ella with a couple of snags which we just wanted recorded. Within hours of sending the email, she has already contacted the Landlord and got approval to conduct the repairs. So all in all we have a responsive landlord and a great agent at Absolute called Ella!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI wouldn’t never recomend this place. Poor service and some of the workers there probably think they are better then most of other people. Shame on them Torquay TQ1 2JG writes about your agency! It is very disappointing that you decided to become a keyboard warrior and complain publicly in this way rather than contact one of the directors to discuss any issues you feel you may have encountered. I do not believe that any of our staff feel they are better than other people, we also don't know what poor service you think you have experienced. The times we are in are crazy and we have to adhere to COVID regulations which has massively changed the way we have to operate. We can't identify this reviewer and make contact directly as they have chosen to not use their real name. Another review was posted from another new account initially on the same day, also using a first name and surname the same which we believe to be connected to this review as well. GoogleFrank was very pro-active in helping us to purchase our apartment. He facilitated multiple viewings (three in total, I think!), fielded many questions, negotiated on our behalf and followed up with us after completion to help with additional keys, property snags etc. The team at Absolute also gave us a moving in box with various goodies you need on day 1 which was a very nice touch. Fully recommend, thanks a lot Frank for all your help!
