Gabriel and the whole team at CityDeal made this the most simple move I, as a tenant, have ever experienced. From viewing the flat all the way to signing and moving in, they were incredibly organised and made sure the experience would be as stress free as possible. Very professional in the way they handle things, they went above and beyond to ensure the flat was as good as new. I would absolutely deal with them again.

GoogleAs a tenant in London, it's difficult to find estate agents who are responsive and actually care about the quality of your tenancy. Citydeal Estates have been great in both of those aspects. Their response time would always be a matter of minutes, even in weekends, and every problem that occurred would be dealt with immediately. Overall the best experience I've had with a letting agency.

GoogleBeware tenants renting from landlords who appoint this company to manage their property. My daughter had a very bad experience

I am sorry your daughter had a bad experience. I appreciate the leak into a boiler cupboard from the flat was not welcome but as this was handled by the block insurers and was beyond the landlord’s control, apart from this I understand the relationship your daughter had with the landlord was good. In terms of the disagreement on release of the deposit, unfortunately, your daughter made a number of holes in the walls of this newly refurbished flat. This included large holes where large fixtures were removed and subsequently not repaired. As the flat was newly refurbished only a year ago the landlord was very disappointed to see this on checkout. As part of our checkout reminders, we advise tenants about the importance of repairing/raising any damage before checkout. The landlord therefore requested a contribution (less than cost) towards the repairs. We found the cost to be very reasonable given how many walls were damaged (pictures were provided and the damages clearly marked out). No other deductions to the deposit were made and the closing statement was then agreed by both parties. If there is any aspect that we can assist you with please do not hesitate to get in touch.
