GoogleThey have a guy called Arbab who’s arrogant and a waste of space to deal with.
I am sorry to read your 1 star rating, naturally we are disappointed that you are unhappy. Without your name I cannot look up your case. If you could provide me with more information at mail@citydeal.co.uk or feel free to contact me directly. Many thanks, Faisal

GoogleCitydeal managed my property for 5 years and were without the doubt best agent I've ever dealt with (I have over 30 properties around the country). When I decide to sell, they managed this without any issues. If you're in the area I would thoroughly recommend Citydeal as the perfect agent to deal with for your rental or sale property.

GoogleI rented a flat from Citydeal for four years, and I have to say I was deeply impressed. It's rare to find an agency with such a level of professionalism and competence - they were responsive and effective, and stand in sharp contrast to the majority of the sector. I'd recommend them to anyone - thanks guys!

I rented with them a studio in Camden for 2 years and a half and their services were great, every issue that I addressed to them was resolved on a timely manner (even after finishing our tenancy agreement).
