They have very friendly staff and are always prompt to respond to any queries. Keep up the good work guys. There needs to be more agents like you!!

GoogleThe most helpful, considerate, professional and dependable estate agents I have ever dealt with in my 8 years of renting in various parts of London and after having dealt with so many estate agents. What makes them stand out is that they are ready to go an extra mile to understand a tenant's personal situation/requirements and genuinely help to either find the right place quickly, or swiftly resolve maintenance issues. Additionally, the staff is also very courteous and responsive. I wouldn't have spent time writing this feedback if I had not felt this strongly about them.

GoogleThe whole team is awesome and the service is great!! I highly recommend! I have recently moved to a flat managed by them, from the start to the maintenance they are extremely good, for example some chairs were little bit faulty, they replaced it without even asking them to replace. They take great care of their clients!! I would not have found a better agency!! π

Dear Hakim, Ψ§Ω ΩΩΩ ΩΨ§Ω Ψ§ΩΩΩ Ψ±Ψ§Ψ¬ΨΉΩΩ. I appreciated your kind words about my father, but I can not accept your comments regarding the nationality of any of my colleagues, one of whom is Polish. We love our team very much regardless of their nationality. We do not discriminate against employees based on race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability. Regards, Faisal Yousuf

View AgentsBest estate agents I have used
Citydeal estates agents are by far the best estate agents I have used. They managed the property I was renting on behalf of the landlord excellently. They were quick to answer the phone and solve any issues we had without the need for us to chase. Would thoroughly recommend.

View AgentsReally easy and prompt service from Citydeal
This was the second time I'd rented in London (and a handful of times elsewhere) and I was really pleasantly surprised by Citydeal Estates. They were prompt and very friendly and polite throughout my tenancy, and always sorted out any problems with the property within a day or two. I've often found with other agencies that once they have you on their books that they are a nightmare to get hold of, however, unlike larger agents, Citydeals always made an effort to reply to emails and let us know of any changes. They were also incredibly good when it came to tenancy swaps and ensuring it was all dealt with as quickly as possible. Would definitely use Citydeals again if looking in this area.

FacebookCitydeal Estates are that rare thing - professional with a heart. They are efficient, fair and responsive. They provide an extremely high level of service, are polite and thoughtful. I rented a house from them for two and a half-years and they were helpful throughout. Nothing was too much or too little. They are honest and very nice to deal with. I 100% and unhesitatingly recommend them to renters and landlords alike.

GoogleAn urgent situation came up where I had to sell my rental property so I listed the property with three agents. It was Citydeal Estates who located the cash buyer I needed in just 8 days; they understood the local market and their access to solid buyers was impressive. Throughout the process the team were efficient at closing the sale and even managed to get me an extra sum for my furniture! Thank you Citydeal.
