GoogleThe atmosphere for this estate agency is very open so you have zero privacy when discussing your options. I would rate the level of friendliness at a five. In terms of online responsiveness I would rate them at a zero. I made countless attempts to email them in regards to a certain property I saw listed on their website. However I never received and email response.

GoogleThe worst service .I was supposed to see the property ,they sent me email of appointment and then they cancelled the appointment they also held me waiting for ten days for land lord approval and wasted my time for nothing.
Dear Karim, I am sorry you were unhappy with our service. We discussed your details with the landlord and he advised he would not consider. We cancelled your appointment with plenty of notice. The landlord later agreed another offer and we have therefore placed the property under offer. As you and Mr Ibrahim are aware there is exceptionally high demand for rental properties. Our landlords have a right to proceed with an offer the suits them best. We are sorry to have left you disappointed but wish you well with your property search. Best wishes, Faisal
