Gabriel and his team (Slava, Faisal, Alex) are fantastic. From the initial viewing itself to signing the lease, I would highly recommend Citydeal to flat seekers. They made my experience of finding my first flat in London, which could be a frustrating and stressful experience, a smooth experience from start to finish thanks to extremely timely communication both via email and in person.

GoogleThe worst agency that I've ever dealt with. If you are happy to pay every year for extending your contract, outrages obligatory cleaning fees (empty one bedroom flat just about £300), additional checkout fees then it may be the right choice. The highlight of 3 years contract was when the agency tried to push painting work being done for the new tenant while we were still living in the flat. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We had replied to your google review, we had only recently become aware that you had posted one on Facebook also. We are very sorry that you were so disappointed. We really did try and conclude everything in a reasonable manner. We were caught in between you and the landlord and we have little choice but to work off their instructions. Cleaning fees factor in rubbish, parking charges (which are incredibly high in Regents Park). The most important thing to us is that the property is returned to a standardised clean state. We have a blanket charge for cleaning to ensure that tenants are aware of charges from day one. Example, some 2 bed properties are left very unclean and can have 3 bathrooms with carpets, two flights of stairs, a utility room etc. yet some properties can be left immaculate with very little cleaning, but the same fee is charged to each to ensure that there are as few disputes or as few unknowns as possible. Regarding the painting works this was a question raised by the new tenant which was going to take over from you, the landlord then asked us to ask you. You declined the request and we therefore did not proceed. We are disappointed with the rating especially since we had a good relationship over the tenancy. We are sorry for any disappointment caused at the end but hoped that the added leniency on deductions which were on the checkout report show we did try and conclude matters between you and the landlord in the best way possible. Finally, I can confirm that under the governments legislation from 01/06/2019 all Tenant Fees have now been banned. In light of the above we would request you reconsider the rating, but appreciate that this is entirely your choice. Thank you.
