View AgentsAlberto made my move so simple
Alberto was very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He made my search for a new home so easy and in the end I found a wonderful new space to call home. Your agency is great and I will be referring my friends to you however it has to be said that Alberto is an amazing asset to your team and should be commended for a job well done. Thank you!

View AgentsGreat experience from viewing to signing
Gabriel and his team (Slava, Faisal, Alex) are fantastic. From the initial viewing itself to signing the lease, I would highly recommend Citydeal to flat seekers. They made my experience of finding my first flat in London, which could be a frustrating and stressful experience, a smooth experience from start to finish thanks to extremely timely communication both via email and in person.

View AgentsLetting a property in London with an agency
Since we have been a lot around and seen many other agencies I can say that with this one we found a different and better management of the deal. They were clear and quick about what was the offer and about the whole process. The agents did help us from the beginning and we are satisfied of the flat as of the service. Thank you all for the help.
Thank you for your positive review. We are very grateful.

View AgentsBest estate agents I have used
Citydeal estates agents are by far the best estate agents I have used. They managed the property I was renting on behalf of the landlord excellently. They were quick to answer the phone and solve any issues we had without the need for us to chase. Would thoroughly recommend.
Thank you for your kind words Lizzie, best wishes, Faisal

View AgentsReally easy and prompt service from Citydeal
This was the second time I'd rented in London (and a handful of times elsewhere) and I was really pleasantly surprised by Citydeal Estates. They were prompt and very friendly and polite throughout my tenancy, and always sorted out any problems with the property within a day or two. I've often found with other agencies that once they have you on their books that they are a nightmare to get hold of, however, unlike larger agents, Citydeals always made an effort to reply to emails and let us know of any changes. They were also incredibly good when it came to tenancy swaps and ensuring it was all dealt with as quickly as possible. Would definitely use Citydeals again if looking in this area.

View AgentsEfficient, professional and organised
Gabriel and the whole team at CityDeal made this the most simple move I, as a tenant, have ever experienced. From viewing the flat all the way to signing and moving in, they were incredibly organised and made sure the experience would be as stress free as possible. Very professional in the way they handle things, they went above and beyond to ensure the flat was as good as new. I would absolutely deal with them again.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
