GoogleZain was superb from start to finish. He certainly deserves credit for remaining involved from viewing to completion. Lots of good information about the important aspects of the flat purchase in South Acton. Zain also efficiently handled the transitional letting arrangement, as I bought the flat with a limited extant tenancy. Not just from a professional standpoint, but Zain is friendly and quick to respond. I'd certainly recommend City Deal without any reservation.
