GoogleI want to say huge thank you to Gabriel from Citydeal He helped me find a commercial property for my beauty salon. I was looking for last 2 years and I nearly gave up. Finding a shop is not easy I realised... He has helped me secure the deal, keeping me updated through the process and chasing the transaction so there is no delay. All the small issues we encountered during our 3-year tenancy were solved very quickly by the company. Slava was always very friendly and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend this agency!

The only reason I moved out was that I bought a property. Faisal and his team were amazingly professional and supportive. GoogleI'd highly recommend the professional and friendly services of the team at Citydeal Estates. Their attention to every detail is pretty impressive and maintenance issues are promptly dealt with. Great team of maintenance contractors also - thanks in particular to Slava, Faisal and Ivan - as I was mainly liaising with them during my tenancy,. However, whomever you deal with, as this is an award-winning team, you will be treated very well indeed.

Faisal's knowledge, advice and expertise is second to none, and so is their customer service. They were able to find us good tenants for our residential property with favourable rent. Rent has always been paid to us on time and any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have used CityDeal's services for commercial letting, property management and residential letting. They always found the best tradesmen at the correct price and kept the property well serviced and safe. Their administration and services were transparent, efficient and friendly. I also dealt with city deals when I needed to rent a flat for a short term whilst refurbishing our flat in Acton. Timings were short and life stressful. City deal was immensely helpful finding the right place for us in the shortest of the delays. Last but not least, we used citydeal to sell our flat. City deal gave us independent and expert advice throughout the process and they found the perfect buyer within the time frame agreed at the right price. They were immensely helpful, honest and clear with us and the buyer throughout the whole process. Citydeal has always gone above and beyond in all occasions. City deal manager has always been personally involved making sure that everything went smoothly and was immensely helpful beyond his duty.
