Best Estate Agents I have dealt with! I rented a property with Citydeal for a year from September 2022 to September 2023. Antony and Slava has been in consistent contact with me and has been very helpful throughout my tenancy - they have always informed me in advance about viewings and replied very quickly on queries / maintenance requests in the property. Citydeal has always organised maintenance in the property within a few days and has made me felt that they really care about their tenants. I will certainly recommend Citydeal to you! :)

I spoke to Zain today and he was very knowledgeable on the sales market. I had quite a few questions as a first time buyer and was worried I would get confused but he really took the time to walk through the process with me and make sure he was getting all of my info down to help me out as best as he can. Best agent around would definitely recommend speaking to Zain!

Amazing experience, really helpful and so informative about any question I had during the process. My agent Anthony is incredible, he helped us through the whole process and was there to answer anything we misunderstood. No matter how big or small. He showed us patience and kindness and really made the whole process manageable and always put us at ease. We cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend him at any time.

The service we received for Antony was outstanding and could not be faulted. Made the whole process as easy as he possibly could. Reason for the one star reduction is the referencing was agonisingly long however this was out of Antony's control. I would however suggest to the company that they to the referencing internally moving forward as I am sure it will be a much easier and smoother process. But besides that everyone at citydeal was very accomodating and very understanding of our complicated situation. Would definitely recommend them!

I have been very impressed by the services provided by Citydeal Estates. They have demonstrated utmost professionalism throughout their time of managing property for me. I always find the team to be hardworking, responsive and conscientious. I have found all the members of staff who I have worked with helpful. I have had most direct contact with Faisal and Slava, who I have found are excellent and who always endeavour to address any query that I raise associated with my property. Thank you again for your excellent work.

One of the few mistakes I'd admit publicly is leaving city deals and allowing the property to leave Faisal steady hands. It is only by leaving did I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail and support. These are traits that are used and branded about often but seldom practiced. In short I can't relay the regret I have for leaving in the first instance and I am currently in the process of refurbishing the property before returning to his trusted stewardship. Thank you again Faisal for your continual support and going above and beyond your duty. Kindest Regards Eamon

Faisal Yousuf and Gabriel Smakowski did an excellent job and provided great service in very difficult circumstances, due to the volitile economy and the circumstances of the sale. They were always respectful, honest and realistic and worked tirelessly to get the sale through. The marketing of the house was excellent with CityDeals utilising a range of marketing tools and they were considerate when booking viewings. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service, I was looked after by Faisal Yousuf. He was not only helpful taking time to answer all my questions but he got me exactly what I needed. Responded swiftly. I felt he was acting just as he would if he was looking for a flat for himself. I was also given great care even after all the contracts were signed. Strongly recommend, City Deal Estates, has perfect knowledge of the market and work with great people.

Zain in the sales team has been extremely helpful. Although I didn’t end up buying through him, he has helped me with all things sales related from mortgage information, to how the process works, to solicitor recommendations. He really took care of me as a buyer and because of that I would always recommend Citydeals to anyone looking to buy. Thank you Zain!

Several weeks ago, I was looking for a new flat for the upcoming academic year and that's the first time I know Citydeal Estates. Thanks to Antony. During the whole process from viewing, negotiation, to final confirmation, Antony is always friendly and sincerely answering my questions. The communication is really swift and everything proceeds much quickly than I expected. This is definitely my best experience for renting a flat.
