GoogleHonestly a disappoing experience. Wrong apartment showed and then no contact from the agency. Its difficult enough at the moment finding affordable properties without having to deal with this kind of behaviour.

Hi Pavel, I am sorry you had this experience, however, we don't not have any recent viewings booked with Pavel. Before arranging a viewing we communicate details of the property via email, emails always include a web link to the property. If you check any booking emails you will see a link to the property you were shown, the link will include full description and photos. GoogleVery professional Team. I stayed with my wife in a property managed by the Citydeal Team for one year an was super happy with their service. They fixed any maintenance related issue on the same or next day and were always available for any queries. They kept us informed of all the scheduled checks and got them all sorted without disturbing us. I will highly recommend Citydeal Estates for letting.

GoogleAgreed two days in advance for a property view, sorted a day off for it specially to be able to view it and guess what, 30 minutes before the view it been canceled by them. What can i say, thank you for losing my time and my money. 0 stars for time wasters

Hi Alin, sorry that your 12noon appointment was cancelled today. The landlord accepted an offer minutes before we contacted you. Ivan called you at approx 10.15am but there was no answer. He then sent an email cancelling the appointment at 10.22am and also sent a text message at 11.10am. I am sorry that your plans were spoiled but as our applicant’s offer was accepted, the Landlord requested we cancel all viewings. Had you viewed the property and liked it we would not have been able to proceed any further. Should you wish to discuss this, please do not hesitate to contact me. GoogleI was supposed to have a property viewing with Ivan from CityDeal. I was five minutes late but never received a call to ask if I was on my way. Once I reached the property, I called him but nobody picked up the phone. Terrible service.

Dear Joshua, I am very sorry that you were left waiting. My colleague was at the property for 12noon. He waited a few minutes and tried to call you, but the number you gave us when you enquired about the property was incorrect. Kindly check the email you sent us on Thursday morning, the number provided ended in 845, but the correct number was 485. When we spoke on the phone we returned to the property to show you the flat but you advised it was no longer convenient. We also offered to drop you to your next viewing to make up for lost time. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you would still like to rearrange we would be happy to show you the property. Kind regards Faisal
