Direct reviewsVery pleased with the service I received from Northwood. I chose the Guaranteed Rent Scheme. A tenant was found very quickly and the move in went effortlessly. Such a relief that Northwood will be managing the property for the next 12 months and I will receive regular monthly payments. Special mention to Alicja who handled all my questions professionally, timely and politely.

GoogleJust came back from city centre where had booked flat viewing at 4.30 pm. At 4.20 received a call to cancel my viewing as proporty has been taken. Just wonder where was the guy who supose to show us the flat that time, probobly in office next to that happy girl who called me. Totally ignored by Norwood agency as it was few years back. In Aberdeen situation changed on property market but nothing change for them. 100% Unprofessional!

Googlecan u pls start making sure ur agents know what they are talking about? had a viewing and the lady, besides being generally rude, knew NOTHING about the place. wasted my time with the long and unnecessarily complicated application process after i was told pets are allowed only to be rejected for that reason π β¦

Direct reviewsI had the pleasure of staying with Northwood Aberdeen for a little over 4 years as a private tenant, and I must say I am extremely pleased with their outstanding service. Right from the start, they conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. From the initial property viewings, through the application process, providing me with all the necessary information and documents, to the securing of my deposit, everything was handled efficiently and transparently. When it was time for me to leave the property, they promptly provided me with all the required information, and any additional questions I had were addressed swiftly. Throughout my tenancy, any issues with the flat were attended to promptly and with great care. For example, when my kitchen water heater malfunctioned, it was replaced immediately after I reached out to the letting agency. In addition, I have always appreciated how discreet and respectful the flat inspections were conducted. I would also like to extend a big thank you to Scott Morrison, the Branch Manager, who has been incredibly helpful and accessible whenever I needed assistance or had questions. Scott's level of professionalism is truly exceptional, and his communication was outstanding ??? he always got back to me with proper responses. Unfortunately, I had to switch to a different letting agency because Northwood Aberdeen did not have a property available in the specific area of Aberdeen I was interested in. However, if the opportunity arises, I would be more than happy to switch back to them. In summary, I highly recommend Northwood Aberdeen. Throughout my stay, I always felt safe and stress-free, knowing that I could reach out to Scott at any time, and my concerns would be addressed promptly. Having dealt with less responsive agents in the past, working with Northwood Aberdeen was truly a breath of fresh air, and I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.

Direct reviewsWhat can I say? Our property was on the market for one week and sold above the asking price! Ali Clark was exceptional with handling all my queries and questions and gave advice/help about how to ensure our property stood out from the others for sale. Well it definitely worked! From the initial meeting with Laura where she was far more informative and helpful than other agencies to all the other work put in by Ali and her team it was above and beyond what we expected.

Direct reviewsAli Clark at Northwood Aberdeen was absolutely fantastic with my flat purchase. As we are moving a very long way, Ali was always on hand to answer questions/check things out for us which made it very easy and smooth. Northwood also managed to squeeze in a second, end of the day, last minute viewing of the property before we travelled back home - I can't remember the girl's name who did this for us but she was also excellent. Northwood also gave me a cute little gift box with the keys including washing machine pods, fabric conditioner, hand sanitiser, cider, water and snacks. I highly recommend Northwood and I will be using them again when I need to rent/sell my new property!

I would highly recommend Northwood to anyone looking to rent or sell properties. They have always had great communication with me and they are always very professional. A special mention to Ali on all the help she provided with the sale of my property, she has kept me up to date throughout the process and has been very helpful.

FacebookI cannot stress enough how diabolical this company are. Absolutely negligent to both their landlords and tenants. Happy to cause extensive damage to property by not maintaining or repairing issues (including known water leaks) for many, many months that they are contracted to oversee, leaving landlords out of pocket with extensive damage to fix and tenants living in squalor. Won't respond to emails for weeks, don't return calls, ever. Will not acknowledge their repeat failings, will cost you vast sums of money due to their incompetence and neglegance. It's management companies this that give landlords a bad name.

Direct reviewsNorthwood were absolutely great in dealing with selling our home and reasonably priced. Ali Clark was terrific to work with, she was readily available and very knowledgeable. She was quick to respond to our questions and had solutions to queries. Ali was always punctual when giving viewings, she knew our house well and could answer all queries that viewers asked about the house.

Direct reviewsThe service I received from Northwood was extremely good, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and Ali, to friends and family. Initial meetings were excellent and my house was marketed quickly, and an offer received after the first viewing. The company was also very helpful in providing tradesmen for a couple of areas I need to address. There was, however, a long delay with the sale and while this was entirely due to the buyer, I did feel that I was chasing for information more than I should have had to. Overall I would give 4.5 out of 5 for the service I received.
