Direct reviewsFantastic! The first viewing was arranged within the first week of advertising and a fair offer was received a few days later. Amazing. The whole team were helpful, always communicated well us but Ali Clark's helpful, friendly support and guidance was outstanding. Included amongst the many things Ali was able to take care of was to arrange for Trish at Epic Property Services to dress the property to show it at it's best. Thank you to Ali and the team at Northwood Aberdeen office for an excellent service.

Direct reviewsThe team at Northwood have been impeccably helpful in listing and selling our flat in Aberdeen. Ali in particular, has been super helpful and incredibly responsive. Our property had sat on the market for nearly 3 years and was languishing. As soon as Northwood came on board, we saw the difference straight away. There were viewings and investor interest. Ali and the team were actually taking an interest and managing the property, advising on strategy and taking care of the little things that matter when you're selling a property and not able to be there in person.

GoogleWonderful service from Northwood when renting they provided all the services I needed and when decided to sell they took all the stress out of selling a property. Arranged all the viewings arranged solicitors and concluded the sale hassle free. Ali the sales manager took on my property. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and took me through each step with patience and professionalism. Super service

GoogleMyself and partner went to view property last week first time using Northwood (Definitely be the last) we arrived at the property no agent there we waiting for over 10mins when the agent did show she didn't introduce herself if it wasn't for the Northwood car that she was driving we wouldn't have known who she was,, she walked right past like we didn't existing she entered the property where there was someone coming out of the property that just viewed it without agent been presented which I thought every strange , so we followed her into the property we are there was another couple along with ourselves viewing the property as we entered she just left us to wander around the property without even saying anything about the property she had her phone in her hand all the time and that's all that she was really seemed concerned about we were asking her questions and trying to have a laugh and joke but she wasn't having any of it and then we was told that tenat of the property was in the property while we was having a look at which I felt a little bit uncomfortable I have viewed lots of properties in the past and this is never been the case, overall we felt uncomfortable and very unhelpful by this agent we will not be using Northwood in the future due to this ..

Direct reviewsIf was great dealing with Ali Clark & Laura at Northwood Aberdeen. Ali made everything clear, painless & kept us updated at all times. Ali was always ???ahead of the game??? & made sensible suggestions about how to proceed. In particular, Ali arranged/paid the builders, grass-cutting, viewings, meter-readings, put heating on the timer for a few hours during cold snap etc - all with a minimum of fuss. Ali also had more important things to deal with - getting married A pleasure dealing with true professionals

When it became time to move the property on they then acted as estate agents. Ali Clark provided some great advice and helped present the property to the market in great condition which resulted in a very quick sale. Many thanks to the entire team at Northwood Aberdeen.

When I ask her for help with any issue, the problem is resolved asap (sometimes the same day).
