The Trusted AgentI was recently involved in getting my sons flat rented out again, as he works away. Juliet was extremely helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. A suitable tenant was secured with 48 hours. Great service.

Googleabsolute shambles of a company. Instructed them to advertise property when tenants gave notice, they didn't advertise anything. When it was finally advertised properly Northwood did a very poor job and ignored communication. Property sat empty for months before i changed management companies and then was rented out in 2 weeks. I would avoid at all costs and find a more professional management company.

We are sorry to read your review and have not note on file of having received a complaint. We advertise our properties as soon as we have instruction from the landlord, however must always ensure that the property is safe and compliant before going to market, which can sometimes cause a delay but is a requirement of government legislation. GoogleThe worst agency I have ever rented from. They don’t care about the customer just about the money. Never rent from there if something in the house breaks you will wait weeks or months to fix it and the contractors will make damage to your property. We will never rent from them again. Can’t wait to move out.
