Direct reviewsWe received a very professional service from Northwood, firstly as landlords for the seven years we rented out our flat and subsequently as sellers when we made the decision to market it. Communication was alway excellent, emails were answered promptly and maintenance issues resolved efficiently by Juliet McPherson, our property manager in lettings. Ali Clark who took charge of the selling process was very approachable and hugely supportive with a clear enthusiasm for her job. We would have no hesitation in recommending Northwood to others and using again ourselves in the future.

FacebookViewed Walker road flat for rent last week, asked for application form, still nothing through but have had various emails regarding booking a time to view the flat again, agent was not able to answer many questions and asked me to put them in the application form which has yet to be received. No wonder the property has been empty since December.

GoogleThe worse letting agency ever They are understaffed, not able to follow your apartment properly, especially in case of demanding tenants , and they try to charge landlords with expensive unnecessary works.

GoogleSadly I've had to edit this review downwards because after leaving the property we were charged £250 for "professional cleaning" despite no damages or repairs! That's ridiculous and a rip off.
