GoogleBE CAREFUL! Crime Organisation, when you move out. Seriously, the flat was not fully clean when I moved in, but much cleaner when i moved out. But the agency found things that are ridiculous, not even worth to mention. FOR THIS THEY WANT NEARLY HALF OF MY DEPOSIT (£650). £281 for cleaning mirror, corner, etc dust clean.

Worst letting agent I've ever been with. Ignored and even CLOSED complaints without responding. Left me with no heating. Didn't give a damn about losing a paying tenant. Avoid!!

My experience with DJ Alexander was great and effortless. Throughout every phase: flat searching, viewing, application to finally handing over the flat everyone was fast, corteous and professional. Colin D. was a great help throughout the whole process. He answered all of my many questions during my first viewing and was very knowledgeable about the property.
