GoogleIf i could give a negative score I would. This agency should not be allowed to operate. They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. As a landlord, they never return my calls, have withheld money from my account and paid contractors without my approval. They constantly make accounting mistakes and cant manage the upkeeping of the property. I would advise everyone to avoid using them.

GoogleIncredibly badly managed, repairs are only cosmetically done, disrespectful and intimidating towards tenants, disability discrimination, no concern for health and safety or interest to maintain the property.

GoogleDO NOT RENT WITH STONEHOUSE THEY ARE COMPLETE MORONS, stonehouse refuse to reply to emails, leave you living with mould for a year, leave you with piss stained mattresses and then have the cheek to keep your deposit, DO NOT RECOMMEND

GoogleMy experience with this company is WORST, I informed my property manager in Aberdeen that I was leaving the apartment in November 2022, I was made to pay for December rent. This is April 2023 and I’m yet to get my deposit. This is very unfair.

Once I got through to Georgia Torrice, she was brilliant, calm, professional and helpful, got me sorted in record time.The only issue is that it took 30 minutes of sitting on hold to get to that point. Every other time I've called it has either rung out, or no one has answered in 45+ minutes.

I viewed a property to rent at quite short notice. The flat had only just appeared on the market, and I managed to arrange a viewing through DJ Alexander the next afternoon. I met with Colin the property manager, who was professional and helpful in answering all the questions I had about the flat. He was quick in responding to my emails after viewing the flat.
