TrustpilotI would give zero stars if possible
USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE SCAM ARTISTS. It took DJ Alexander less than a year to force us to find a new place to live. Since day 1, we never dealt with the same agent twice; we kept being passed on to different young, clueless agents who would give us the wrong information. If we asked to speak to someone by name we always got "He/she is on vacation/not in the office." The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing! They broke our contract by ignoring our repeated maintenance requests. Most notably, they refused to send someone to fix our broken heaters in early January, whilst our elderly parents were visiting! One handyman told us DJ Alexander asked him to make sure repairs were done as cheaply as possible. Absolutely awful service! We moved after 8 months due to their negligence. If you have to use them, be sure to go over their initial inventory with a fine-tooth comb, because they will ignore glaring maintenance problems and then report them in their check-out inventory so you have to pay for the fixes.

GoogleSCAM! DONT USE THEM! Lack of communication in their company caused my partner to have a ceiling fall on her while she had a bath (yes we reported it) after we moved they charged us nearly £300 for cleaning even though flat was very clean. They are liars. Ridiculous company. Stay away from them. They are nice at the beginning but look at the other rewiews and see how they are treating tennants at the end.

GoogleIt’s been a year I’ve been renting a flat from stonehouse for the least the staff has been courteous but not proactive one bit I’ve had 3 complaints since I moved in all just to improve the safety and care of the landlords property but after countless calls and emails they don’t seem to be to concerned about getting these issues sorted out in a timely manner it’s a constant run down with them it’s frustrating and I am fed up to have to call And send emails to a company that’s is supposed to be responsible for someone else’s property and the tenants concerns, considering come every month the rent is paid on time so there is no issue on my part to this day my concerns haven’t been rectified and I’m still waiting on a response ... sorry but won’t recommend using them to anyone i’m Just so truly disappointed

Appalling estate agency. Applied for over 40+ viewings and only had a response once. For them then to email to cancel our viewing saying that the property was already let. Terrible company.

Do not waste your time with them. Most unprofessional letting agents in whole of north. No transparency, they manipulate viewings and tenants.

GoogleAwful. We got evicted for the scamming landlords of auchlee wynd sayiny they want to sell and have relet it out as greedy for money and doubled the price. Nasty landlords and the letting agents hide alot. Charge you over 80percent of your deposit. Will never let again.
