GoogleBeware!!!!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs and DO NOT allow them to manage anything to do with your property! They are incompetent, and are actively withholding rental income from me. I have made multiple attempts to request release of these funds and they are now ignoring me. 1 star (minimum allowable), does not provide true justification of just how terrible this service has been.

Deposit issueThe same problem has been raised by others too. This company does not like to return your deposit. Moreover, they do not like to respond to your emails about the deposit. So, request your deposit back via SafeDeposits Scotland as soon as you leave the property. Otherwise, you will need to wait for months.

GoogleProperty listing falsely stated there was private parking - we then recieved complaints about using the parking and told it was in-fact permit parking. Other issues too like a bedroom window being exposed in January which took over a week to get fixed. Stonehouse vastly inflated the amount they sought to take out our deposit - dispute resolution found in our favour and that they were wrong to charge us £297.
To be fair, our property manager was a nice enough guy just overall a very poor company.NegativeProfessionalism

Braemore (or now merged with DJ Alexander) are extremely inefficient in carrying out maintenance issues. We've been without hot water for 3 weeks, and no one gives us any indication when the job will be completed. There's been no delay from the contractor's side, it's the DJ. Truly disappointing.
