Don't bother cleaning before you leave, they'll try to scam you anyway

We rented one of their properties for four years, not having problems with them in all that time (probably because we didn't need to contact them very often). Before we vacated the property at the end of July 2022, we spent £400 on a cleaning company to make sure we'd get our deposit back. They came to us a week later telling us that the skirting was dirty (which it was, shame on the cleaners!) and telling us we'd have to pay for it. One month later, they show up with an invoice that says they cleaned the whole property and ask us to pay it, and when we tell them we think we should pay a proportional part of it since we had already paid for a full cleanup, they come at us with a different invoice for £150 that doesn't even list what they did and tell us we have to pay that instead! It's February now and we are still arguing about this, we should have just left the house uncleaned and let them deduct the money from our deposit, would have saved lots of headaches and they wouldn't have had the chance to try and make us look like fools.

Really poor service. No hot water at my property from last Saturday for four days. No body bother about it. No proper maintenance issues resolving procedures and no one is following up. No response for the massages and calls. Nightmare to find a solution or can’t imagine when this will resolve. Paying money for useless company. Can’t beat this anymore my whole family and my two year little one are also suffering. So so annoying

AVOID. Such rude workers and no deposit after almost 3 months. No answers on emails. We keep calling and emailing. Nothing. They did not help us when we had problems with the fridge. Now they do not give our deposit back. Every time we call the workers are on the meetings or something else. Please avoid!! save your mental health and time.
