GoogleCan't fault any of them. From start to finish they were all spot on. If my property manager wasn't available, There was always someone on hand to answer any questions or help with any issues. Bianca, Amy and Susan are a credit to the company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is my second review and, months later, I continue to have nothing but problems with this company. I will be recommending any fellow landlords avoid this company like the plague. I have to contact them to remit my income and it’s consistently had deductions improperly applied. An absolute joke.

Never ever rent from them. In the process of moving out, they'll risk you getting homeless because they can't be arsed to do their job. In fact no one actually works there. Your deposit? You'll never see it again. I had to fight for it with my first flatmate and we got the pettiest pictures such as a single hair behind a door sent to us to justify their money grab. Also they SELL you a reference that you'll need to move out anywhere else. 25 quid to click a link.

GoogleRip off ! In short if you are putting down a deposit forget about getting it back. Even after doing the inventory you will still be charged for everything wrong with the house/flat before you moved in, no matter how much you clean and scrub up afterwards you would be charged hundreds of pounds for cleaning and let's not forget hundreds of pounds for repainting! Avoid .

The experience with goodlord was a little tedious but Laura helped us through at every point and was incredibly responsive. She made the process a lot easier and made communication relievingly easy. She made the experience good so give her a raise or something.

Renting from DJ alexander is awful! The communication is terrible, no contact numbers for any issues, only an online form that takes ages to get any response. We have been without heating or hot water for 3 weeks and still no further forward on when this will be repaired with zero communication and no way of contacting them. We have reported things in the past that just go unanswered. For paying high rent it is just unacceptable!

Overall it was good, but I would have appreciated more if some one from letting agent would have contacted me directly re 1 day of extra rent rather than dispute.I cancelled my standing order, but my 1 month notice included 1 extra day.

Awful do not use. They massively over promised that my property would be rented out within days and it took them over 2 and a half months. They use a reduced deposit scheme which puts the rental price up and discourages people. They also do not pay you promptly. Will never use again.
