GoogleI have rented with several other agents and would genuinely say Stonehouse have given the best service. Once we viewed our flat & put in the offer everything went really smoothly. Our inventory was really clear & well done & so far we've only had a couple of repairs needing done but they've been fixed really fast. Everyone so far has been really friendly & it's been a really good experience. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWaited three weeks to view a house to then phone them when I was there to let them know no was was there to meet me for them to then try to tell me they emailed and text me that the viewing was cancelled and rearranged but couldnt tell me when it was rearranged for but yet I never received any of the messages they couldn't even tell me when the email was meant to be sent absolutely ridiculous

GoogleExcellent service, Gill Anand arranged a viewing on the same day I called (this is unfortunately a rarity in Aberdeen). The flat is great and was cleaned to a very high standard when I moved in only a weak after the viewing. When you need a property manager, both phone and email are answered quickly and competently.

GoogleWorse rental experience in my life. We were spend a lot times for calling to refund our money back and receive answers but our property manager totally ignored us . Personal which working there totally doesn’t respect customers! when we left apartments we did amazing cleaning matching better then when we arrived to this flat ! But Stonehouse anyway deducted money for cleaning - 125£ !Scam agency if you avoid them you will saving your nervous system!

GoogleWorst estate agency I’ve ever been with. We would email them about things wrong with the flat and they wouldn’t reply ever but they’d be very prompt to contact us about adding a £25 charge to our rent because we were 25p short one month. Also tried to charge us 300 od quid to remove a singular feather from the carpet that they supposedly got a security company to do a deep clean of the flat because of.

I haven’t had any experience with this company as they are just always unavailable, be it a call by phone or an attempt to reach by email / application form. It doesn’t give you any trust, so I decided to proceed with other letting agencies despite the fact that these guys have about 1/3 of all of the letting properties at the market under management.
