GoogleClaiming that they sent a rent increase notice in line with the law, which I never received and 3 months later after continuously asking for proof, they have been stalling and have not produced any evidence to date. Illegal practices. Beware. After more than 3 months waiting, I received an email from the agency in which they had clearly doctored a legal notice. This is a serious case of ethical misconduct and a criminal offence. I will be taking action.

GoogleOriginally Stonehouse lettings. Awful service and tried to take most of my deposit at the end of tenancy for very dubious reasons. I challenged this. Thankfully adjudicator was on my side. Avoid like the plague

It was 5 stars due to professionalism and the fast response from Ms. Sandie Whyte and Ms. Galina Webster during the pre-tenancy. However, some issues at the beginning of the tenancy need more than 5 weeks to resolve (no water, no hot water). One star down with that, hope can be improved in the future.

My entire experience with DJ Alexander has been brilliant. Every staff member I interacted with, whether in person or over the phone, has been quite kind and helpful. Laura Mctaggart helped us through the application and leasing process. We hit several snags through it and each time she was thorough in her explanation of the issue and how to fix it. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend DJ Alexander to anyone.

Googlerented a property last year, many repairs were required and took longer than expected to repair leaving me with a very large wet patch at the entrance to my bedroom. on top of this, they were extremely difficult to get into contact with, with the property manager consistently being 'out of office'. at the end of my tenancy i cleaned the flat thoroughly however £230 of my £300 deposit was claimed. costs for cleaning were for small things such as watermarks on the sink or streak marks on the table from cleaning. It doesn't take 6.5 hours to clean some specks of dust and a couple streak marks on a table. In fact, the flat was left to a cleaner standard than when i received it. absolute scam artists, steer clear.
