We are a York brand providing wellness products called Fortress Health (find us on Amazon) We use Go Store almost like our own warehouse facility and actually it works better than having a warehouse. WHY, well it is safe, very clean, dry and warm, and their team are amazing which is ideal for anyone storing quality products like us. If you are a business considering storage, we have no doubt you may find cheaper, BUT, you will not find better.

Fantastic customer service... Seamless placed the order and they delivered... The team even looked to save me money with my requirements in regards to the amount that I was storing they wanted to ensure that storage was of correct size. They stated that should I not require the 150 sq ft then they had plenty options to accommodate should I need to reduce my sqft. However I needed it all and more and again they accommodated this with minimum fuss. Again I can not say enough with the customer service they tailored the costs to price math others in the city ..My decision to put my furniture into storage was a very last minute, however my enquiry was personal answered by a phone call within minutes of me placing it ... This I can say was not mirrored by their rivals within the City. Fantastic service from Jamie, Craig and Karen .... Bravo ..... suburb.... Amazing value for money. Will recommend you all I meet

Go Store have been brilliant. The charity I run, Breast Friends York, is small and we usually squeeze our equipment into our volunteers homes but when it was clear that the pandemic was going to stop our activities and hold us captive in our homes we needed to swiftly get some storage sorted. The team at go store really are a family and have gone the extra mile to assist us giving us value for money and supporting our charity. Dealing with all of this during lockdown hasn't been a problem. We have always felt safe and the system they gave in place means that their building is Covid safe. It's a pleasure doing business with Go Store.

Excellent staff, and excellent service. They work with you to accommodate the right size storage for the items you have. You get a top quality storage room and security, knowing your items are fully secure. Was blessed to have met the owner and manager of the place as they saved me a few quid from a 100 I thought my storage would be to a 75 sq ft which fit snuggly based on the size of the van I delivered the goods in. If you need a good storage solution, the buck stops with this business!

Go Store saved our bacon. I wanted storage for my belongings that was safe and with their security system I knew it was more than safe. It may cost a bit more but it's worth the extra pennies as it all includes insurance and high tech security. Sure we can't go in at 2am but it just means being organised. The staff are great and so helpful and friendly. I honestly couldn't ask for better people to look after my belongings.

I can not recommend Go Store Self Storage York enough. Last minute we were unsure if our move date from London to York would change and we would be stuck with no where to store all our belongings. Calling Rory with 24 hours notice, he was reassuring, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Just what you need in a stressful time. I felt valued as a customer and couldn’t believe how good value for money the service was. Best customer service I have had in years! Grace

Overall from what I gathered, a great facility manned by great staff. The ease of use of the service is managed well, with the app allowing access without any fuss. Storage is never going to be cheap but at least your stuff will be easily accessible and the staff are always trying to help not hinder. I was served by James and had a rather interesting situation however he solved any issues I had and made my decision to use gostore extremely easy.

First class service with extremely helpful, friendly and professional support and advice every step of the way. From my first phone call all the the staff went out of their way to assist me not only with my initial storage requirements but also with suggestions for the best and most economic solution for my changing storage requirements. The new purpose built facilities are both clean, efficient and very user freindly and the level of security without undue impedance to easy access to the storage lockers provides peace of mind.

I’ve had an absolutely brilliant experience with Go Store York. From initial enquiry to checking out, Jamie and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The unit itself was immaculately clean, and easy to access. I had my belongings in storage for 5 months and didn’t have to worry once. Should I ever be in a position where I need to use storage again, I wouldn’t think twice to return. A fantastic service run by a fab team. Thank you for making my experience as stress-free as possible!

Excellent service from the moment I made contact to enquire about renting the units. All the staff were friendly and made me very welcome especially while my possessions were being offloaded. The app which allows you to gain access to the building was a great bonus and a huge plus in providing that extra customer care. All in all, highly recommended.
