Excellent service from the moment I made contact to enquire about renting the units. All the staff were friendly and made me very welcome especially while my possessions were being offloaded. The app which allows you to gain access to the building was a great bonus and a huge plus in providing that extra customer care. All in all, highly recommended.

Exemplary service- this company went above and beyond to help ease the pain of moving house . Genuinely friendly service from booking to using the facilities, very professional with that personal human touch that you need during what is a very stressful process. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and gave great advice in a calm and considerate manner . I would totally recommend GoStorage and will definitely use them agin.

Amazing! I would recommend the business to anyone. Everything was really easy from booking the storage online to getting all my stuff into the unit! The people are all extremely lovely and welcoming which made the experience much easier and also enjoyable. WOW! Got my storage unit yesterday, absolutely fantastic! The staff were so welcoming, friendly and beyond helpfull. The unit was already for me when i arrived, clean and tidy. Plus the free van hire was superb. The van was clean, pretty much brand new and had more than enough space for a house move. All the paper work was easy to complete and i can honestly say the staff were the most friendliest people. Definitely worth 5 stars and i will be recomending! Thankyou for making me feel so welcome!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Realised I needed a bigger storage unit on the day and this was not a problem and sorted quickly with not much more of an expense. They also price matched other local quotes I had found whilst additionally offering the use of their removal van. I would highly recommend Go Store!

I bought some boxes, bubblewrap and tape from Go Store who couldn’t have been more helpful especially given the current circumstances. Very quick and smooth collection - I just let Jamie know that I’d arrived, he opened the loading bay remotely for me and I was able to collect my things from a room just outside the reception. Contact free, great value and very friendly service. Thank you Go Store - will be using you again!

I would recommend go store to anyone. The service is amazing and the staff are all so lovely and welcoming! I couldn't recommend go store more, I would definitely use the storage again in the future. (You also get a refund of any money you paid but havent used eg if you move out of the storage early, which is an added bonus!)

Easy access to self storage within reach in monks Cross area. Enough parking space outside plus designated loading areas for customers. Very friendly & helpful staff, just ASK Jamie his great man 😀 Impressed with how effective and secure Smart storage app works.
