Super service throughout. Admin process was really good with great flexibility around unit size including option to change, which I took advantage of. Storage access very simple and flexible via an App. Modern storage space accessed easily by large lifts. Staff team were very helpful and answered all my questions effectively and supportive in every respect. Would certainly recommend GoStore.

Thank you very much to Jamie and your team. We are thankful you were flexible and able to accommodate our needs. The units are very clean and easy to access, with trollies that were breeze to move around. Instructions for the remote access via the app to the building and lift were excellent and we never incurred any problems. Will definitely use you again.

Highly recommended! Ashleigh and Jamie are super friendly and helpful, offer great value for money, flexibility to your needs (i.e. they offered to change the size of the unit if needed when I turned up and saw what I had), and an easy convenient location. Very impressed.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the services offered. Ashleigh took her time to explain everything in detail to us especially the contract. Nothing was too much trouble. The facility is very clean, secure, and prices are very reasonable. Will happily use this facility again.

I store at the Storage Team Scunthorpe and the staff there are excellent. They place parcels into our unit for us to avoid them getting lost.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Just the right level of being in touch before I'd decided on my booking. As a place it's really well kept, the contactless system works well. And reassuring that the staff know who I am and are there to help.

Excellent service. We were contacted immediately after looking on the website and talked through the service on offer. We were met at the storage unit and dealt with by a lovely lady called Karen and the gentleman we spoke to on the phone. They helped us with the procedure and their customer service was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend.

I've been using it for three years as a student now, and it is incredible. Cheaper than the other options I've seen in York, and every single person involved was friendly and helpful. They arranged everything I needed perfectly. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, friendly service. Extremely clean inside and out and facilities could not be any easier to access but with knowledge of being safe & secure. Location also very easy to access on the edge of the York ringroad .
