The Storage Team Limited York reviews

Great storage space for businesses

We use Go Store Self Storage to store our business products. There are many positives with using this company: It is always well managed and clean, the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, access times are flexible, they have a well organised delivery/collection process and if needed, you can use the hall space outside your rented unit to process your items. The price is fair and you can pre pay for a specific amount of time if needed, which was valuable to us. Overall, our experience so far has been positive and we would recommend this space to others.

Clean, efficient, friendly and organised.

Would highly recommend Go Store York. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Karen helped me figure out the size I would need since I didn't have a clue. After a few months I was able to move to a smaller unit and once again Karen helped do the advanced geometry to work out the smallest unit I would need for my boxes in order to save money. Really a pleasant experience all around and immaculately clean.

I rent an unit a few month ago and empty the unit today. The stuffs there are friendly and walk me through all the paperwork and other stuff for evacuating the unit.

Excellent customer service - especially from Alec - who were very helpful and took the stress out of a difficult house move. Communication over the phone has been very easy too. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful team. Good security - just occasionally not enough trolleys but that's the biggest problem! And good prices when booked in advance! Would definitely use them again.

I really don't have a bad word to say about the team at Go Store. The whole experience was a pleasure from initial inquiry to emptying our unit. Next time I need storage, it will 100% be with Go Store.

Recommended. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean and secure. Moving in and out was very easy, and although I didn’t need the free van in the end, it was good to know it was there.

I Messaged them on the page to ensure packing items were in stock, 2 minutes after my order I received a phone call saying my items were ready to collect, they even carried them to the car for me. Perfect thank you soooo much :)

Excellent service, especially given the circumstances with COVID, with lots of precautions in place. Was very simple and easy to access the locker with a handy little app that controls all the doors to get in. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend!
