GoogleThe team at Reeds Rains in York city centre have been exceptional. From their customer service to guiding me through the process as a first time buyer. John in particular, who showed me around my future house from the first viewing, has been great- very knowledgeable of the property, the area and the process I'll be going through to completion. Julie has also been incredibly supportive and informative through the process, giving me my 'mortgage education' and reassuring me of the entire process. GoogleCompletely 'on it' when I needed my house re-let at the end of the current tenancy. Quickly got it on line using existing photos, and kept me fully informed on viewings. Had an offer within the first week after the first viewing!
