Dear Khloe, Following the recent event of your water heater bursting, we are sorry to hear that it caused an inconvenience, however it is completely out of our control and was an unusual incident. As soon as we were aware of the situation we arranged for a plumber to go out the same day and assess the situation, and we were unable to do anymore. We are glad that the matter has now being resolved and hope we can work together positively in the future. Kind Regards, Emma Hadaway
