GoogleThis is the first time for me to live in the UK with my family, and luckily I was able to find a good house in a nice neighbourhood through Reeds Rains York. Their agent Emma Hadaway (from Reeds Rains Estate and Letting Agents York) has been very helpful and provided satisfactory service. Overall, team is warmly, professional and very efficient.

Dear Enas, Thank you for your review! I am glad you and your family are happy in your home. We look forward to continuing to work with you in the future. Kind Regards, Emma Hadaway

GoogleI was very pleased with the service offered by Reeds Rain. Both Sue and Kyle supported us through a very long and stressful property sale. We got close to pulling out several times but through their dogged persistence chasing both the buyer and the solicitors we did eventually achieve a sale at the agreed price. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rain.

GoogleLike all estate agents ... rip off merchants ... how they come up with the ridiculous prices of some properties is unbelievable! Anything to generate more commission for themselves!
Agent replied · 18 January 2024
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We don't seem to have any records of your details on our database so I am unsure how you have come to this conclusion or the specifics this is in regards to. We pride ourselves on being property experts and use comparable evidence to value all of our properties for sale and to let. These prices are also discussed with the owners of the property prior to any marketing commencing and ultimately we are here to guide and advise on the pricing, however the owners make the final decisions on the prices they market their properties for. Should you wish to discuss this any further please contact us on 01904 655546.

GoogleA coordinator dealing with tenancy amendments was very rude over the phone when I rang to question about some charges. It has been a painful process to enable tenancy renewal.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. Particularly from Thomas at the York team. Have just brought my rental over to reeds rains and we hit a little bump in the road. They’ve gone above and beyond to sort and help get resolved for me. Cannot thank him enough for his empathy and fairness. Thank you 😊 …

GoogleTypical estate agents, only useful ones in there are Molly, Olly(I think) and Emma. I’ve either not spoken to, or regret speaking to, the rest of the staff.
