Barratt has sold us the property which is above BIN storage area. This was never mentioned anywhere before buying the house, they never told us about that, the flat design brochure never mentioned or shown anything like that. We smell the rubbish full day from our balcony and from our windows. Was very happy when we decided but now its not the same feeling. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM
