Once you reserve a plot, Barratt will create a WhatsApp group with you to communicate the progress of your house and you can ask questions if you have any issue at any time. This is a good service for customer to obtain quick response from developer and is an excellent practice.

So far my purchase has been great. Some hiccups along the way, not Barretts fault, but Kieron and Matt did everything they could to help. We have been in for 1 day and they will both be following up to check that everything is fine. Great customer service.

Leaking window (after section of frame fell off from top floor), leaking boiler, leaking back porch, kinked outlet dishwasher pipe, non water proof granite, wonky banister....lots and lots of snagging (initial work incomplete or incorrectly done) BUT contractors were supplied to rectify and especially AshH@BDWSW provided excellent customer care in putting things right.
