The service advisors are always so helpful, well informed and organised. They are always willing to get you what you want, even when there’s a right turn around for them. We’ve enjoyed living in our Barratt flat for the past 4 years now, and looking forward for many years to come in our new Barratt house.

I had two customer service men attend to a mould problem which has been ongoing my for years.I can’t say I fully rate barratt, I’ve had a few issues which I’ve had to fight to be sorted. However the two men Graham and Keith who attended my property were extremely helpful and super tidy too which I appreciated.

Great building quality and assistance. The team has been very helpful during the process. After a year from the contract exchange, they are still looking after us and ensuring that everything is good with the house and the surroundings. Rokas Tepanovas, our site manager, took care of the property though all this period.

All the staff made me feel happy about buying a new build home, they were so welcoming and made me feel at home when I walked into the information centre, as I was 73 and had only bought one home in my life the one I was selling! Everyone went through their stories of house buying themselves. Felt very much at ease.
