GoogleI would strongly recommend L&S as they have been really helpful and provided proper attention to my situation. I met Andy Grice at the property and he was very kind and supportive during the viewing, properly explained everything and helped in getting through with the process of renting the property.

GoogleThis is my first experience with L&S, and whilst it is in it's early days, I would like to give Aiden Hamilton a big shout out, he is very friendly and puts you at ease, at what is a stressful time, all questions have been quickly answered, which is very much appreciated. I have also encountered other staff members at L&S who have equally been very friendly, too many names to mention but it is Aiden I have dealt with the most. Thank you.

Do not believe everything they tell you! Was Let an apartment having been shown around it twice. Both occasions told it came with a parking space. Upon key collection told it did not have parking. Further to that, discovered the block was designated "car free" so no residents parking permit available. Complained to no avail, their response was I should have checked despite being told to the contrary. Spoke to another resident who Let through them and he had experienced exactly the same scenario.

We spoke to John who was able to answer all our questions and more importantly seemed genuinely interested in our personal situational . and seemed keen to help. So much better than the other agencies we tried to phone. Unfortunately this agency don't deal with student let's but we really appreciate the advice and help

Just moved into a property with my partner who suffers with extreme anxiety At first we were welcomed I purely put this down to us been able to put down 6months of the rent at 1.5k a month.Once done landlord and estate agent don’t help a great deal, with awful and rude neighbours that are friends with the landlord and they just stick together!When seeking help with both estate agent and landlord we just got the impression no it’s all our fault. would always recommend go into real detail and have things in place if they go wrong with your land lord or in our case u will have your money taken for a crap experience
