Luke have been an absolute angel to help me find my perfect flat. He check on with me several time to make sure our apointement was still on, the list of viewing was received, review my criterias and accepted my friend to visit on my behalf.During the whole visit my friend were happy with the care and service provide as much as the professionnalism and honesty of Luke. He went above expectation and thanks to him I was able to secure the renting that I can call home.

Didn’t turn up for the viewing only to…

Didn’t turn up for the viewing only to be called afterwards saying we need to see if the flats are available. They didn’t turn up for the viewing at all and left me stranded outside. Do your home work at least & don’t book viewings if you don’t know your job. Pathetic. Don’t trust these guys.

This branch is disgusting.

This branch is disgusting.Current private tenant who, in my younger years was a bit silly and as a result, have adverse credit for a short period of time.Am able to provide a guarantor and references of my last 4 years rent history (zero issues).Refuse point blank to allow a viewing of a property, whereas another branch can proceed with an application.I will however be cancelling this viewing as I refuse point blank to deal with a company who vary the rules from branch to branch.Avoid!!!
