GoogleI recently interacted with Linley & Simpson in order to view some flats. I reached out over the phone and the team were super helpful in booking in viewings for me! On the day, I met Grant Potter who was very knowledgable about the properties we went to see. Grant continued to help me, especially when it came to the application process by keeping me updated with each step and letting me know what to expect. Overall, it has been a very smooth process and I am happy to have gone through it with this company.

I was kept informed at all stages of setting up the new tenancy and how the funds would be broken down. Jennifer Lowe dealt with my query about accessing the online portal promptly and helpfully which meant I could see everything there clearly as well as what was sent by email.

Agents did not seem to want to help us originally. We were rushed out the door when there was still 30 mins of business hours remaining. It was a struggle to actually move forward. Moving date agreed and paid for well in advance; key collection date agreed. When phoned to arrange time, other agent was borderline rude. Inventory emails not received until reported an issue.
