Good job Kieran!

Kieran did a great job of getting my rental property sold. As a long term rental it wasn't the most desirable property and in need of a bit of a refresh. It was on the market for a while but he was always positive and confident the right buyer would find it and kept pushing through the viewings. He also offered some alternative options / strategies for optimising the eventual sale price.

Masterpiece

The agent that showed us around, named Carrie, was very calm and respectful, she explain in details what we needed to know even before asking and answered questions in a respectful way. When feeling the form online, the agent that we spoke to also calmly helped us by showing a great customer service skills, I was not disappointed in any stage of the application so far, however, I’ll appreciate if response is given as soon as possible

Very impressed with a professional, helpful and friendly adviser.

When I called Linley and Simpson to enquire about a rental property I was very impressed with the way Aiden Hamilton quickly arranged an appointment. In the meantime a second appointment was made for me to view another property. Aiden met me at both properties at the appointed times and I was very impressed with his friendly, professional and helpful approach. Unfortunately neither properties were suitable and Aiden said he was very sorry and would let me know if somewhere more suitable became avaiable.

Hi, It was a lovely meeting today the inspection time with Ebony Robinson .She is a lovely person and good behaviour with us especially to our child . She is a good listener who listen carefully about our doubts and gave clear clarifications . If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. From start to finish they were nothing but shambolic. I was a tenant, and had numerous issues in the property not L&S fault but they did nothing to help. Upon leaving the property; it took them 6 weeks and a lot of stupidity on their part for me to get my deposit back. Special mention goes to Elle in the pudsey branch who was worse than useless, no idea why they’d leave a trainee in charge of something worn no supervision but I assume she won’t progress from trainee. Oliver was brilliant in finally getting my deposit in 24 hours despite Elle having told me over the course of 6 weeks I’d have it in my account anyway now, absolutely feckless she was.
