I am a tenant, and my bathtub faucet was leaking. I notified the maintenance staff, and a repair technician was scheduled to fix it on the same day. Unfortunately, the issue was not just the faucet; the pipe in the wall was also leaking. After understanding the situation, the maintenance staff immediately contacted the landlord, and the repair was quickly resolved. I appreciate the maintenance staff's prompt response and the technician's thorough work.

Great Letting/Estate Agents

We've had a brilliant experience with Linley and Simpson.We were shown around the property we wanted to rent by Kelly Boot, who was very welcoming and presented the house to us, covering all the questions we were going to ask. Best of all Kelly promised to get the application forms over to us that same afternoon even though the office had closed (it was a Saturday) and she did indeed do so, which is rare these days. Everyone involved in the process so far has been lovely, informative and helpful as we secured a rental and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linley and Simpson to those looking to buy or rent. Amina was very helpful

I had a great experience with Amina who showed me around a few properties when I was looking last month. She was thoughtful and very friendly. I was especially impressed by her recommending some apartments that I hadn't booked on. This felt tailored and was really valued as I was coming in by train from another city to look.Overall a very good experience. I'm only knocking off one star because I'm waiting for the company to get back to me about a repair I put in for 8 days ago (a broken blind that I noticed on the first day moving in). I'll gladly knock it up to 5 when that's all sorted!

A great experience

I was recommended the team at Headingley L&S by a friend of mine and the staff there were fantastic. My sale was looked after by Kieran (and Ryan, in Kieran's absence) and they just did their absolute best to ensure a smooth sale for us. Despite some hiccups along the way, they were always in communication, supporting us, and doing as much as they could to help. They were polite, professional, honest and respectful at all times.

No issues and very responsive

We lived at our rented property for a year and I have nothing bad to say about Linley and Simpson. Always very responsive with queries and always dealt with any issues with the property. Throughout the tenancy, I dealt primarily with Will Stipetic, the senior property manager who always kept us informed of any inspections that needed to be conducted, and was never unreasonable if we had to change dates for any inspections or work that needed to be carried out.

Efficient maintenance by the team

I have been dealing with Linley & Simpson with regard to my let property in Leeds and some repairs that needed to be done urgently. Nicole in the maintenance team has been supporting us with this and quickly obtained some quotes, arranged the repair and provided regular, polite updates as the works proceeded. Won't use again

We were quite excited regarding a property we had seen online. I decided to call and enquire to hopefully arrange a viewing. I was put on hold by a young girl on three occasions who didn't sound like she knew what she was doing only to be told the property had been let! I would like to add the property which was situated in Methley stated clearly on the website that the property would be "Available from 20/7/2024.Bad management when she didn't even know what properties were on their website to start with but then not to change the property details is again unacceptable. I don't like my time being wasted, nobody would.I would not use this "Agent" again. I had no choice but to leave one star which I had to do very reluctantly.
