I was in touch with Brad, Declan and Hamaad who identified what I was looking for and offered me a variety of options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised when on my visited I was updated that I will be able to view more than one option on my visit to Leeds where Declan took the time to update me and show different options available. Seeing their positivity and professionalism makes me feel extremely comfortable liaising with them and further with the company and its branches across the UK. Highly recommed them !!!!!

From finding the my tenancy at my current address was going to be terminated. I can say that collectively the team in the Beverley branch have been very helpful and reassuring Mairi advising me with the plans and what to do nextI would recommend Linley to other people, not just at this time but throughout my lease of over 10 years, I have never had any issues / problems which haven't been resolved

Sophia Clough at Linley & Simpson - Roundhay provided an outstanding service. She was consistently kind, polite, and prompt in her responses. Sophia took the time to show me two properties, both within 30-45 minutes period, thoroughly answered all my questions, and offered valuable advice. She even encouraged me to ask questions from existing tenants to ensure all my concerns were addressed. While my experience with L&S for my current tenancy has been mixed, Sophia’s professionalism and dedication is exemplary for helping us find a new property to let after weeks of no luck with other agencies, and so I would highly recommend her.

Throughout this period, we came to understand why they are regarded as one of the best agencies in the market. Our experience with them was very positive! Every time we encountered an issue in our apartment, it was typically addressed in a prompt and efficient manner. In out last flat, we were mainly supported by Matt Kendrick and he handled our concerns with care and professionalism. For instance, when we requested a new mattress upon moving into the flat, it was delivered within two days! This level of responsiveness significantly contributed to our satisfaction!We are very grateful for the service and support provided by Linley and Simpson.
