GoogleLinley and Simpson has a simple and quick process with everything online to get into Tenancy.I am new to UK, Consultant Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and was very quick in answering all our queries regarding tenancy and inventory on mail and in person, The best part was the Consultant was on leave, still we had got response from Consultant on a query via mail within minutes.

Scott Knight was brilliant. Personable, really knowledgeable about the area and great with my 9 year old son who is nervous about a big move to Yorkshire. We met Scott at the office and he walked us up to the property which gave us time to ask him questions about Ilkley which he happily answered. He allowed us plenty of time to have a really good look around the property, about which he knew all the little details including a ‘secret hidden cupboard’ behind a mirror which captivated my son! He showed us an alternative, scenic route to the next property we were viewing so we could see more of Ilkley and he gave us a great lunch recommendation too! He definitely helped us make the most of the limited time we had in Ilkley. Thank you Scott! 🙏
