GoogleThe Linley and Simpson team are very professional and outgoing, I got to know the team over a few viewings until i secured a property, Jen was very friendly and positive over the phone when helping me to arrange viewings and even popped over to introduce herself when i finally picked up the keys; Jack did a great job of showing me around multiple properties, was very honest and went out of his way to give me advice during the viewings as well as being able to have a laugh at my jokes. Throughout the process Charlotte and Tom provided all of the required documents promptly and made plently of adjustments and answered questions for the second tennant as he was new to renting, Tom was also very professional and relaxed when verifying ID and handing over the keys; throughout all of it both Jen and Marie provided plenty of advice to me and were delightful to talk to, Marie had a lot of knowledge and patience, talking me through the process step by step. All around the team made me feel included and went out of their way to help me secure a property despite being a slightly less desirable tennant due to the second tennant not living locally and thus not having a job lined up, I normally find most estate agencies take liberties with tennants but I'd happily use L&S again, if they were a coffee shop I'd be a regular.

GoogleI recently spoke to miss Marsden, she has been nothing but perfect in helping me with my rental contract, she is as compassionate as she is intelligent and just as well informed. If I were renting a property she would be the person I would like to represent me, she always goes above and beyond to make sure both clients are satisfied. From my personal experience she has been nothing but exceptional in both her customer experience and her industry knowledge. Very poor service to prospective tenants. Lackadaisical attitude. Agent was late showing up to viewing. Once i viewed the property, i said i wanted to take it. Not really interested. Just told to register on website. Chased application but told it was down to the landlord to make a choice on who they preferred. When i said i wanted to withdraw, the attitude of the agent was "i dont give a toss". Obviously this company do not need new business. Avoid at all costs

Even though they aren’t local to our area, the team were very accessible with arranging viewings and handling our queries. Upon exchange, they were also incredibly helpful and accommodating with arranging exchange of keys.Our agent was Cal, and she was fantastic. As a first time buyer I had ideologies that buying a house would be fun and some what exciting. However in today's climate I encountered what could only be described as a lion's den. Estate agents that would advertise properties where they don't have access, had already sold or stating they only had access on a Tuesday at 11am. In short... after four months of experiencing this and still looking, I was ready to give up. Then I met Manuel and Katie at Bingley Branch of Linley and Simpson. My excitement was instantly restored. They answered questions, called me back, arranged viewings and after only a week I am in the process of buying my first dream home with them. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.
