My partner and I recently enquired about a rental property marketed by Linley & Simpson. After sending my enquiry in via the website, I was soon contacted by a member of staff to whom swiftly arranged a same-day viewing at the property. With only my partner able to attend, I viewed the property via a live video with Jack Drewitt showing us around the property. Jack was exceptional. He ensured to talk us through everything related to the property, made sure we saw everything and answered any questions we had in a professional, honest and kind manner. He was very thorough and made sure we were 100% happy with the viewing and allowed us additional time to have another look around the property. He was very knowledgeable about the property as well as the area which was a nice touch! Our experience has been super thus far and we certainly look forward to living in a property managed by Linley & Simpson and could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Jack showed us around two properties in one day and was super helpful in comparing the two and pointing out issues he perceived in the properties and advising us how to deal with them. His really helpful service meant that we have been accepted for one of those properties and are really looking forward to moving in soon. Alongside this Tom was incredibly helpful over the phone and had our application, guarantor and holding deposit sorted in a matter of hours.

Tenant Review: I started renting a new property several weeks ago with a different letting agent and the experience has been so bad I wanted to share my positive experience with Linley & Simpson. We rented a property with Linley & Simpson from 2015-2016 and we had a great experience with them mostly. Issues were always fixed promptly and the communication was excellent. The flat was in really bad shape before we moved in but they fixed every problem prior to our arrival. We always knew what was happening and were kept in the loop with regards to changes or repairs. Whenever we called/emailed the responses were fast, polite and professional. The only reason I am removing a star was because they did not help us find a new place to live when the tenancy ended even though they said they would try and help. This is a minor point as the rest of our interactions were positive. I would recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
