My interactions with all of the staff was quite positive. Spencer was great in showing me around and the application process was straightforward. There were just some oversights such as not showing me where the bin area was, the door code to the bin area (once I found it), and not mentioning any of important downsides to the property (such as no electrical sockets in the kitchen).

Maja was quick to deal with my broken boiler, despite a number of issues during having it replaced and my frustrations at having no hot water growing she kept pushing it for me and keeping me up to date with what was happening.
