We were reletting our flat. There were various maintenance issues. The communication and response to our queries was superb. Matt Kendrick was great to deal with offering options and suggestions and sorting out anything we couldn’t do ourselves. He made the whole experience straightforward and was a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleBeth did good job in answering all the questions that I asked, though I didnt like the place because the room size was smaller than what I wanted but in overall it was a good experience. I give it 4 stars as I didnt rent from them ..YET.

GoogleAs a first-time landlord, I was naturally anxious about getting everything right, ticking all the boxes, filling out the forms correctly, and making sure I was doing things properly. After speaking with Harriett about Linley & Simpson’s fully-managed service, I felt reassured and decided to go ahead with it. I’m glad I did. Faye found tenants for my flat incredibly quickly, and they’ve now moved in. Both Harriett and Faye have been consistently helpful, reassuring, and attentive throughout the whole process. It’s still early days for me, but so far I’m very happy with the service and support I’ve received.

I have rented house managed by linley and simpson for 7 years. Rent was paid every single month with no delay. Maintenance of the property was horrible. They left me without oven for month. Someone from their useless Maintenance team advised me to use microwave to cook for my kids. After that they left me without shower for month again, in the middle of the summer, July and August. Seven months one of the garden lights was hanging just on the wires, threatening to fell on my, or on my kids heads. Two years they did nothing about the damp. Now I'm fighting with them and with the greedy landlord for my deposit. I have opened dispute with TDS, they didn't respond. Hopefully in the end I will get my money back.SO IF IT IS POSSIBLE, PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY.
