Just bought my first house with Linley and Simpson York. They've been amazing from the beginning to the end. Prob the best seller agent in York! Special thanks to Laura and Tom for the viewing and Cal for the whole sale process afterwards. My keys came with a surprise linley and simpson mug and a lovely keyring!

GoogleWe’ve been having a lot of maintenance issues. I spoke to somebody on the phone who was very dismissive of a situation involving storing vital medication and took a rude tone with me. Furthermore I was told “let me deal with this first” before I could vocalise the second maintenance issue. Appalling customer service

GoogleI booked a viewing with a lettings consultant, Harry Russel, and i found him warm and very accommodating with all my concerns! Although I wasn’t able to get the first property we viewed together, he was able to find me the flat that suited my needs and then he again booked me in this property. Amina is usually good at converting viewings into actual tenants. She usually comes back and gives me 10 reasons why she has managed to secure a tenant unlike some of her colleagues who come back with 50 reasons why they have not managed to secure a tenant. They should certainly learn from her.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly to get my first property let whilst I am out of the country and could not have asked for a better experience! Kelly was very positive, always around to chat (even on her holiday) and extremely determined to get the right tenant into the property and not just fill it to get it done.Couldn’t recommend the services any more and I look forward to working together in the future.

GoogleMy partner and I where looking for a place to live in York, while we study our master programmes. After weeks searching online we got no results, so we decided to visit the letting agencies in the city. We went to several, but only Jack Dewitt, from Linley & Simpson, compromised with our quest and in a few days he gave us some options. The process was fast, very professional and Jack was always there to answer our calls and emails. After a month we can say that we are really happy with our apartment. Thanks!
