I soon got on first name terms with the team who were very patient and involved.I wanted a one bed flat in a particular area and they located one very quickly. The reception and administration staff were extremely patient, helpful and communicative. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was impressive.

Google#AVOID IT IF POSSIBLE# when i check in the room is dirty and when i check out, i clean the room but they told me it is unclear and some items broken. is what such a rediculous? AND why they are not in when i check out? WHO KNOW who should responsible for it?

GoogleI used Coalters when searching for a new flat. They were efficient, courteous and professional every step of the way. Whilst their fees were slightly more than I’m normally accustomed to paying, the service more than outweighed the extra cost. A year and a half down the line, and I’ve had no issues whatsoever.

I'm very grateful to Niamh, Jane, Jade, Neil and Alex for finding me a lovely home on the date I wanted it. They are very professional indeed and best of all letting agents I've been to.
