TAKE CARE with who you invest your money!!! This people are thieves. Specially at the Raoundhay office ๐.Never again with them ๐คฎ๐คฎ๐คฎ.And I feel compelled to advertise others from the danger. Easy to still, but difficult to work. BIG NOT TO linley & simpson.

Recently taken over our previous letting agents and so far the service couldn't be worse. Rent payments made nearly a month late, communication horrific, no correspondence/ replies to numerous emails sent chasing payment. Do not use, would not recommend at all.

What does one have to do to get these agents to get back to you? Two phone calls and three emails and still nobody contacts as promised!! If I were a seller in the YORK area I would be very concerned as buyers canโt get appointments

GoogleI went to Linley and Simpson to sell my fathers house and was put into the care of Neil Mcgroaty. Nothing was to much trouble for him and every enquiry I had was dealt with quickly and professionally. He made the whole process less stressful. I highly recommend.

GoogleBe prepared to BATTLE to get your deposit back. They will withhold it and threaten you with vague "bond deductions." They are quite comfortable plunging people into financial difficulty in order to make some quick money.

GoogleWe have rented through Linley & Simpson for 10 years; which says it all really. The staff are friendly; helpful and professional. Only slight frustration from time to time was delay in repairs. However, as I said, generally a positive experience. Thank you to all.

GoogleSpent 2 years with Coalters as my letting agent and they were always really friendly and helpful. Being pretty clumsy I locked myself out of the house once or twice and they were always happy to help! Would be happy to let with them again in future.
